Tralala..trilili...
Hmm...
last night Ames was pouring down with snow....super duper cold and windy!! I had to walk from Durham to MU around 10pm!! It was freaking cold!!! Luckily, I was not alone...Simon was walking with me because he would give me a ride home :) What a sweet guy!
By the way..he is British!!! My gal said his accent is sexy!!! hihihihihihi..hmm.. I didnt think of that but that maybe because I talk to him a lot so I dont think about his accent.
Anyway....so last night we, Indonesian Student Association, performed Saman dance, or as famously known as "One thousand Hands" dance from Aceh, Sumatra. It was pretty sad because there were not manypeople in MU, but I kinna expected it because do u know what the flyer says??? By the way, this event is called "Cafe Au Lait", presented by ISU Student Union Board. They said in the flyers that SUB presents "less well known" multicultural student groups.....Come on! How could anyone come to the event if the flyer even said that there would be " less well known" student groups performing??? In my opinion.. "less well known" gives a bad impression to the reader. But....whatever, it's their decision, so that's what they got.
I feel sorry for the band too. After all the hard work, The Gravity and Athena only had 25 audiences!!They were pretty disappointed too....but u know guys..at least we had fun, right??
and we love the Gravity and the Athena!! ;) And of course... Thank you for all of you who came to watch our performance! Muach..

After the dance, I was rushing down to go to Durham for my Help Session for Statistic final exam. Luckily...A gentleman was willingly to give me a ride to Durham...I am sooo grateful!!
Thank youuuuuu soo much!!! :) If he didnt give me a ride, I would be drowning in snow...because it was snowing like mad! I shall forever remember his kindess! ;) *terharuuuu*
